All items are mailed within 1 to 3 business day. You will be notified otherwise.

Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel via email (info@wozobrand.com) for a full refund. After that it can only be exchanged. Please make sure you know your correct size before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY/TERMS & CONDITIONS
Item(s) must be sent back within 3 days of the delivery date.

All returns will be refunded via store credit. Credit will only be given for item(s) price plus tax. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition including all packaging, accessories with tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, or deodorant. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must report within 3 days of delivery. We will only exchange for same item, same size.

Clearance and sale items are considered Final Sales and cannot be returned nor refunded.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received. Please keep your return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Wozo Brand is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

To ensure proper delivery for your package(s), make sure your address is entered correctly while placing your order. Also include all relevant information such as the use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information. Wozo Brand do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or inaccurately delivered shipments if the address information provided is not correct at the time of purchase.

Any non-Wozo Brand item(s) returned will be discarded upon delivery.

Wozo Brand reserve the right to reject returns from customers at any time due any return activities indicative of wardrobing. Also, for any excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. We also reserve the right to deny service to any customer or entity, due to actions that are like the above listed.
